While all that sounds good, the truth is... There’s a saying, “Your biggest fan is a stranger and your biggest hater is someone you know.” When it comes to toxic people, here’s a hard and fast rule - do NOT let them rent space in your head. Raise the rent and kick them out!
Trying to maintain balance in your life can be an arduous task if you’re not employing the right strategies. It’s almost impossible to find personal satisfaction in life if you’re constantly playing catch-up with never-ending deadlines, chores, etc.
